3.合作性
– （cooperativity）
一個人若草率行事可能會讓其他警察和民眾處於危險之中（有時甚至危及性命）。
執法單位對警察的期望之一就是在團隊調查和執法活動中保持紀律。
4.冷靜
– （calm）
脾氣暴躁、容易發怒的人不但無法冷靜判斷，回到家後甚至可能讓情況變得更糟。
保持冷靜的判斷能力、解決問題並將情況導向正確的結果是不可或缺的。
