「膩了」的英文怎麼說？活用各種表達吧！
在中文裡，我們很常說「我對某件事很膩」或「我覺得很厭煩」。其實在英語裡，也有很多不同的說法可以表達「膩了」這種厭倦的感覺。
不同單字，語氣強弱也不同。有的只是覺得無聊，有的已經則是厭倦的受不了。

「膩了」的6種常見說法
bored of
bored 是形容詞，意思是「覺得無聊、提不起勁」。
只要是對某件事失去興趣，都可以用這個說法，使用範圍很廣。
句型：主詞 + be / get + bored of + 名詞／動名詞
【例句】
I’m bored of this flavor.
我吃膩這個味道了。
I get bored of watching TV all day.
我對整天看電視感到很膩。
I got bored of the show after ten minutes.
那個節目我看十分鐘就膩了。
of 有時也可以換成 with。
傳統上比較標準的用法是 bored with，不過現在 bored of 也很常見，尤其在英式英文裡幾乎已經變成日常說法。兩種都看得到，只是正式寫作時，還是會比較傾向使用 bored with。
【例句】
He is bored with long meetings.
他很討厭冗長的會議。
I’m bored with my daily routine.
我對每天的生活模式感到很無聊。
My daughter is bored with mobile games.

要注意：
I’m bored. 是在說「我覺得無聊」，指的是自己的感受。
This is boring. 則是「這東西很無聊」，問題出在事情本身。
至於 I’m boring. 就完全是另一個意思了，那是在說「我這個人很無趣」。
主詞一換，意思會完全不同，要特別留意。
tired of
tired of 原本是「累了」，但很常用來表示「因為一直重複而感到厭煩」。
句型：主詞 + be / get + tired of
如果用 I’m getting tired of…，意思則是「我開始有點膩了、煩了」。
【例句】
I’m getting tired of this noise.
我開始對這個噪音感到厭煩了。
I’m tired of eating the same lunch.
我吃一樣的午餐吃膩了。
sick of
sick of 的語氣比 bored 更強一點，不只是「覺得無聊」，而是帶有「受夠了」「不想再忍了」的語感。
句型：主詞 + be / get + sick of

I’m sick of doing housework every day.
我每天做家事真的做膩了。
I’m sick of his excuses.
我真的受夠他的藉口了。
I’m getting sick of this hot weather.

lose interest in
這個說法強調「原本有興趣，但現在沒有了」。
【例句】
I lost interest in collecting stamps.
我對集郵已經沒興趣了。
He lost interest in that TV drama.
他對那部電視劇失去興趣了。
I lost interest in learning guitar.
我對學吉他已經提不起興趣了。

來表達「不再有興趣了」
【例句】

weary of
weary of 的意思是「感到厭倦、心累，已經沒有耐心了」，帶有長期累積的心累與厭倦感，語氣比 tired of 更沉穩、也稍偏書面。
句型：主詞 + be / get + weary of

I’m weary of hearing the same complaint.
我一直聽同樣的抱怨，聽到心很累了。
He is weary of waiting for the bus.
他等公車等到心很累了。
I never get weary of this old song.

jaded
jaded 是「厭倦的、膩煩的」意思。指的是因為經歷太多而變得冷淡麻木、對事情提不起勁。
【例句】
He feels jaded about relationships.
他對感情這件事已經有點麻木、冷淡了。
I’m feeling a bit jaded lately.
我最近有點提不起勁。
She looks jaded after working nonstop.

「三分鐘熱度 」的英文怎麼說？
get bored easily / lose interest easily
只要在後面加上 easily ，就能表達「很快就膩」。
【例句】
I get bored easily.
我這個人很容易膩。
He loses interest easily.
他做事常常三分鐘熱度。
quitter
quitter 指很容易放棄的人，語氣偏負面，用的時候要注意場合。
【例句】
He’s a quitter. He never finishes what he starts.
他很容易放棄，做事常常半途而廢。
I’m a quitter when it comes to dieting.
說到減肥，我常常撐不下去。
Don’t be a quitter. Keep trying.

fickle
fickle 形容一個人很善變、一下子就變心。

「受夠了」的俚語用法
I’m sick and tired of
把 sick 和 tired 放在一起，是一種加強語氣的俚語說法。
正因為兩個字都帶有「受不了」的意思，組合起來的 sick and tired of，語氣會比單說 tired of 或 sick of 更強，表示已經厭煩到不行、真的不想再忍了。
【例句】
I’m sick and tired of this traffic.
我真的受夠這種塞車了。
I’m sick and tired of his bad attitude.
我已經受夠了他的惡劣態度。

請注意不可以說成： I’m tired and sick of。
I’m fed up with
fed up 本來有「被餵得很飽、被餵到膩」的意思。

字面上是「已經夠了」，實際用起來是「我真的受夠了」「夠了別再來了」這樣的語感。
通常是在忍耐到極限、感到厭煩，甚至帶點生氣時會說這句。
