Millet is an accomplished teacher of English having taught English for 10 years to child and adult learners. She has taught teenagers in a well-known private high school for 6 years in Taiwan. Millet has honed her teaching skills while providing extensive home tuition for struggling learners. She has developed and provided one- to-one and group tuition online for the last 3 years, as well as spending the last year lecturing English to freshmen and sophomore classes in the university. Millet was awarded her MA in Teaching English as a Second Language from National Taiwan Normal university in 2018, and an MA in Media and Broadcast Production in English from Queen’s University Belfast, UK in 2019. She has a keen interest in podcast creation aimed at language learning. Her approach to teaching is highly innovate, using humour and vivid imagery to support the retention of what is being taught.
