Teacher Raffy got a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and has a good background when it comes to teaching the english language. He graduated high school as Valedictorian. In college, Teacher Raffy was a college scholar and he is well-known to teach his classmates who are having a hard time understanding the lessons of their professors. He used to be a volunteer tutor in a student-organization where pool of tutors are required to teach incoming first year college students.
