Why don't we make some topics in English?
Since we're all English learners, we should talk in English here.
Of course we make mistakes, but don't worry.
I believe there are some people kind enough to correct, or it's just ok, it's just a challenge.
And of course we can mix Japanese.
という訳で、英語で話すトピックもたまには作りませんか?
I'd like to talk about how we learn English and what we learn in English, etc.

In English class we learned grammar, so most of Japanese know about grammar well.
There were almost no speaking training and experiencing conversation.
I can read and listen on the web, and then here in NativeCamp speak and make a conversation.
I even can write here.
So I guess this is the perfect place to learn English.

We've leaned English since 12 and at least 6 years, but most of us are really not confident about English.
Some are confident but only for reading and sometimes for writing.
The problem is in the education.

It's important to make sentences not just a few words.
When I answer a question, I try not to say just 'no' or 'yes' but try to say like 'I don't like it, because they are rude'.
Also until we're familiar with, I think we shouldn't learn slangs.
You may feel like you're cool or you're good at English if you can use slangs, but it's just an imagination. We should be able to communicate with normal English.

When I see this 広場 (square board?), I'm sometimes frustrated, because it's only Japanese.
This reminds me classes in school, in a way we learned English in Japanese.
It shouldn't be. We should try talk and discuss in English.
In the first place I think English is not a knowledge. It's a communication tool.
We can communicate using very simple words.
I recommend using 'Five minute discussion'.
Did you know that 'File minute discussion' is taken from http://iteslj.org/questions/ ?
