There was a connection issue and I could not talk to the Admin.

There could have been some temporary issues between you and the Admin. Check your PC settings and an internet connection to avoid a similar situation in the future.

If the problem occurs again, please try the following procedures:

・ Close all other web pages, tabs, apps, and so on.
・ Switch your browser to one of the three options: Chrome, Firefox, or Edge
・ Clear the Cache and cookies
・ Restart your PC
・ Check your internet connection
